Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals through effective coaching and support.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase internet leads, B2B sales, and high-end vehicle sales.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while implementing inventory control measures.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate deals with customers, leveraging strong communication skills and retail math knowledge to maximize profitability.
- Support upselling efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle financing options, including F&I products.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards during all interactions, including public speaking engagements when representing the dealership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract diverse clientele, including multilingual audiences.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management with a focus on high-end vehicles or B2B sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems to support a robust sales pipeline.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, retail math, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable—to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Experience in outbound calling, cold calling, and public speaking to promote dealership offerings confidently.
- Knowledge of automobile finance options, F&I products, and upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams.
