AUTOMOTIVE SALES POSITION

Job Summary

Wood Motor Company, located in Harrison, AR, is seeking talented and driven individuals to join our sales team. We are a well-established dealership with over 300 new and used vehicles in stock across our Nissan and Chevrolet locations. Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs

Provide detailed information about our inventory, financing options, and warranties

Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

Valid Driver's License (Required)

Strong typing, time management, and organizational skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay: $60,000+ (base salary + commission, no maximum income)

Full-time position with a 5-day work week
