Automotive Salesperson

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in promoting and selling our paint protection products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell paint protection products and services (e.g., PPF, ceramic coatings, sealants) to customers, car dealerships, and automotive service providers.
  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calls, and on-site visits to car dealerships, workshops, and detailing centers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of paint protection solutions.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer questions and handle objections.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales (automotive, car care, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive paint protection technologies is an advantage.
  • Has an active driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
