Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive vehicle sales by engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering outstanding service. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help us expand our customer base and achieve sales excellence.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts to establish partnerships with corporate clients and fleet managers.
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features, benefits, and specifications to customers, emphasizing models’ value propositions.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership sales targets.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue.
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of popular models.
Skills
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or dealership environments.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, outbound sales, and cold calling techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing inventory, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.

Pay: $65,745.84 - $99,177.78 per year
