Job description:

We are a Established Independent Automobile Dealership that is seeking Two highly motivated automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As an automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize software systems to track sales activity and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive retail sales and customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively. Spanish, is a plus
- Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems is desirable
