- Communication: Explain repair details, charges, and timelines to customers, and relay information between customers and technicians.
- Scheduling & Administration: Schedule appointments, create repair orders, and handle payments or follow-ups.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and ensure post-service satisfaction.
