  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to concerns, and build rapport.
  • Diagnosis & Documentation: Ask questions, conduct visual inspections or test drives to confirm issues, and document concerns clearly for technicians.
  • Estimates & Recommendations: Consult with mechanics, provide accurate cost and time estimates, and recommend needed services or maintenance.
  • Communication: Explain repair details, charges, and timelines to customers, and relay information between customers and technicians.
  • Scheduling & Administration: Schedule appointments, create repair orders, and handle payments or follow-ups.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and ensure post-service satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and listening skills to explain complex issues simply.
  • Customer Service: Friendly, proactive, and patient approach.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of automotive systems to communicate effectively with technicians.
