∆ Job Description

Excel Auto Workshop is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction.

∆ Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns clearly
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate job execution
• Prepare detailed job estimations and get customer approvals
• Prepare and explain invoices clearly to customers
• Source spare parts efficiently and coordinate with suppliers
• Keep customers updated on job progress, delays, and additional work
• Ensure smooth workflow between reception, workshop, and parts sourcing
• Maintain accurate records using garage management / automation software
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and service-related complaints professionally
• Support workshop operations wherever required to maintain efficiency

∆ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (very important)
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
• Good understanding of vehicle service processes and workshop operations
• Experience or familiarity with garage management / automation software
• Strong computer skills (estimations, invoicing, emails, software usage)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude

∆ Preferred Experience

• Minimum 2 years of UAE Experience is Required.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, or similar role

Experience working in a GERMAN/EUROPEAN Automotive Workshop environment (preferred)

∆ Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month
Incentives / Commissions based on performance
