Automotive Service Advisor

Salary: Fixed Salary (AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month) + Attractive performance-based monthly incentives based on sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and highly organized Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will bridge the gap between customers and our technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-brand garage experience in the UAE, excellent coordination skills, and a proven track record of converting vehicle diagnoses into ethical sales and service agreements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Relations & Intake: Serve as the welcoming first point of contact. Listen to client concerns, accurately record vehicle symptoms, and schedule workshop appointments.
• Estimation & Parts Coordination: Check parts availability and pricing with suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive repair estimates and service agreements for management approval.
• Technician & Workshop Coordination: Keep tight coordination with the Floor In-Charge and technicians. Monitor service progress to ensure accurate vehicle diagnosis and that cars are ready within the promised timeframe.
• Customer Communication & Upselling: Keep customers updated on their vehicle’s diagnostic status. Advise and educate them on different car service schedules (Minor Service, Major Service, and necessary repairs), upselling maintenance packages and solutions ethically.
• Logistics Management: Book customer appointments, arrange convenient vehicle drop-offs, and handle smooth vehicle pick-ups/deliveries.
• Retention & Loyalty: Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention, repeat business, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of steady experience as a Service Advisor within a multi-brand auto repair garage in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and handle high customer volumes smoothly.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in drafting and selling service agreements and explaining vehicle repair scopes.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
