To plan, initiate and conduct sales process with the customers visiting the showroom or while on sales call and contribute in achieving the sales targets.
- Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales.
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom, initiate service process with them paying attention to their needs, and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product.
- Answer questions about services provided by D Luxe and the viability of the service on their vehicles, service check-ups required and warranties covering their services.
- Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their service selection.
- Provide the customer with details about other non-requested services that would add value to their vehicles (Upsale)
- Ensure pre-delivery inspections (ensure that it is QC certified), place the D Luxe perfume & D Luxe on all cars leaving D Luxe
- Request the customer to leave a Google Maps review
- Ensure that payment has been received by the cashier before releasing the vehicle.
