Automotive Service Advisor & Warranty Coordinator

Job Summary

Alromaih Cars is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor & Warranty Coordinator to join our after-sales team in Arar.

The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop while ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workshop operations, and proper warranty claim handling according to company and manufacturer standards.

We are looking for a candidate with strong automotive technical knowledge, communication skills, and experience in after-sales operations within automotive dealerships or service centers.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Advisor Duties

  • Welcome customers and professionally handle vehicle service requests.
  • Conduct initial vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns.
  • Prepare repair orders, quotations, and maintenance estimates.
  • Explain repairs, maintenance recommendations, and service timelines clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.
  • Monitor service progress and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Deliver completed vehicles and explain performed work professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts when appropriate.

Warranty Responsibilities

  • Process and manage warranty claims according to manufacturer policies.
  • Review warranty documentation and ensure claim accuracy.
  • Coordinate with technicians regarding warranty repairs and technical reports.
  • Follow up on warranty approvals and claim status.
  • Maintain organized warranty records and ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Ensure warranty repairs are completed using approved procedures and genuine parts.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in automotive after-sales operations is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Warranty Advisor, or related role.
  • Experience in automotive dealerships or authorized service centers is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience using ERP systems or workshop management software.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per hour
