AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE BDC Representative

Bert Smith Subaru/VW is hiring for Business Development Center Representatives for our Service Departments. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.

OPPORTUNITY

Starting pay is $18 per hour! This is a call center position where duties include answering inbound calls, setting service appointments, as well as outbound calls following up on recent services.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST be great at multi-tasking.
• Ability to self-start and complete tasks in a timely manner with little to no supervision.
• MUST be responsible, mature and have a positive attitude.
• Be prepared and on time, have great attendance.
