Duties

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and clarity to schedule vehicle service appointments.
Engage customers in friendly conversations to understand their needs and provide accurate information about available services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, reschedule as needed, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Collaborate with the service department to coordinate appointment schedules and optimize daily workflow.
Receive cash and credit card payments from customers and schedule follow-up visits.
Reconcile payments at end of shift.
Utilize analysis skills to identify opportunities for improving appointment setting processes and customer engagement strategies.

Skills

Multilingual abilities or bilingual fluency in English are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Strong sales aptitude combined with customer support experience to promote services confidently.
Exceptional communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
Outbound calling experience or call center background to manage high call volumes efficiently.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with clients over the phone or via digital channels.
Analysis skills to evaluate call data, appointment trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately if needed during client interactions.
