Service DispatcherThe Role
Are you a master of logistics with a knack for keeping things moving? We’re looking for a high-energy Service Dispatcher to be the heartbeat of our service department. You’ll be the bridge between our Service Advisors and Technicians, ensuring every vehicle is routed to the right person at the right time.What You’ll Do

• Manage the Workflow: Assign repair orders to technicians based on their skill levels and current capacity.
• Maximize Efficiency: Monitor shop production to ensure we meet promised delivery times.
• Communicate: Keep Service Advisors in the loop on vehicle status and any delays.
• Maintain Records: Track stalled jobs and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

What You Bring

• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume dealership service department (preferred).
• Organization: The ability to juggle 50 things at once without breaking a sweat.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with DMS systems (like Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Dealertrack).
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
