Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spokane, WA, for an Automotive Service Dispatcher. The role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, managing repair orders, and ensuring timely communication between the service department, technicians, and customers. Additional responsibilities may include managing workflow efficiency, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs, and maintaining accurate records to deliver excellent customer service.
