Schedule: 4/10 rotating shifts (enjoy 5 consecutive days off every 3 weeks)

A&A The Shop is Alaska’s premier independent Subaru and Toyota repair facility, serving the community for over 35 years with a 4.8-star Google rating. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow alongside a strong, team-oriented shop.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 4 years of professional automotive repair experience
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills (Subaru and Toyota experience is a major plus)
• Own basic tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Comfortable using computers and modern shop software
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
• Accurately document diagnostics and completed work
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
