Automotive Service Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and efficient workflow.

Duties
- Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Schedule and assign work to service department employees
- Ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Monitor department performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations
- Experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment
- Ability to align team goals with company objectives
- Proficiency in mechanic work, service technician duties, auto body repair, brake repair, suspension work, automotive sales, and auto estimating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team to success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $1,711.00 per month
