We’re seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as a Service Support Specialist in our fast paced, busy service department. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard
• Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
• Move cars in and out of the service drive
• Customer support tasks
• Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information
• Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Professional attitude and attire a must
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
