Key Responsibilities:

Expert Diagnostic and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive concerns, from engine and transmission problems to electrical and HVAC systems.

Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians, fostering a supportive and educational shop environment.

Adherence to Safety and Standards: Perform all work with a commitment to safety and adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certification.

Qualification:

• Extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to Service Advisors and collaborate with team members.
• Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing other technicians.
• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.
