Compensation: $28–$36/hour flat rate (based on experience)

About Us

Dublin Auto Care is an established independent repair facility in Dublin, CA with a steady, consistent workflow. We run a professional, drama-free shop with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. We're growing and need a solid technician to keep up with demand.

What You'll Be Working On

• Brake systems, rotors, calipers, pads
• Suspension and steering components
• Fluid services, filters, belts, and maintenance items
• Pre-owned vehicle inspections and reconditioning
• Basic electrical and general repairs
• Identifying and communicating what a vehicle needs accurately

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of shop experience — dealership or independent
• Comfortable working through a variety of repairs without constant supervision
• Own a basic set of hand tools
• Valid driver's license
• Positive attitude and consistent work ethic
• ASE certification a plus, not required
