Willis Chevrolet, Inc. is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians and Master Technicians to join our busy and growing service department in Smyrna, Delaware.

We are a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and quality repairs. As a Chevrolet dealer, we service new Chevrolet vehicles as well as pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models. Compensation

• Flat Rate Pay Plan
• Starting equivalent of $25.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work effectively with service advisors and other team members

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• ASE Certifications preferred
• GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus, but not required
• Master Technician-level experience strongly encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
