Role Overview

We are looking for an Automotive Services Director to lead and manage our automotive services division. This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in service operations, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for shaping Quick Tire’s service strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automotive service strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations including tire services, maintenance, and repair.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize performance.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor service teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Represent Quick Tire in industry forums and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of tire services, vehicle maintenance, and customer service operations.
• Proven track record of managing successful service operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,800.000 per month

Work Location: In person
