Automotive Showroom Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, a talent for visual merchandising, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Manage and train showroom staff to provide exceptional customer service.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across the team.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients.

· Oversee customer interactions, ensuring quick resolution of complaints and maintaining high satisfaction scores.

· Implement processes for customer follow-ups and feedback collection.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, and brand guidelines.

· Showroom operational efficiency and compliance audit scores.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of proven experience as a Showroom Manager in a related industry.

· Strong background in premium or luxury products.

· Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.

· Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
