As an Automotive Showroom Receptionist, you will serve as the face of the dealership, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for every guest. You will assist customers, answer phones, support dealership operations, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.
Greet showroom customers and provide a warm, professional welcome
Determine the nature of each customer's visit and direct them appropriately
Notify sales consultants when customers arrive
Introduce customers to the appropriate sales or service team members
Provide brochures, dealership information, and basic assistance to customers
Answer general customer inquiries and route more detailed questions to the appropriate department
Serve as the dealership's primary telephone operator
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally
Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed
Maintain accurate customer records and dealership information
Stock vehicles into CDK dealership management system
Create and manage vehicle key tags
Enter and maintain key inventory records
Assist with dealership organization and operational support tasks
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
Help create a welcoming, customer-focused showroom environment
