Automotive Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our digital presence. If you live and breathe social content, understand the automotive world, and know how to turn "likes" into "leads," we want to talk to you.

As our Marketing Specialist, you won't just be posting pictures of cars—you’ll be the voice of our dealership, building community engagement and driving traffic through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Capture high-quality photos and videos of new inventory, service specials, and behind-the-scenes dealership life.
• Social Management: Execute daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that highlight our unique brand and inventory.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and reviews to ensure we are providing top-tier digital customer service.
• Ad Strategy: Assist in managing digital ad spend and "conquest" campaigns to grow our market share in the surrounding areas.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a professional yet approachable tone that reflects our commitment to the local community.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: A background in social media management (please provide a portfolio or links to accounts you’ve managed).
• Automotive Knowledge: A genuine interest in cars, trucks, and SUVs. You should know the difference between a trim level and a transmission.
• Technical Skill: Proficiency with video editing apps (CapCut, Reels, etc.) and basic graphic design tools (Canva).
• Self-Starter: Someone who can walk the lot, find a story, and create a post without being asked.
• Local Focus: An understanding of the New Hampshire market and how to connect with our local customers.
