الهدف من الوظيفة:

إدارة وتنظيم مستودع قطع الغيار وضمان توفرها، مع الالتزام بإجراءات الاستلام والتسليم، وحفظها بشكل يضمن سهولة الوصول إليها والمحافظة عليها، بما يدعم سير العمل في قسم الصيانة والمبيعات بكفاءة عالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة المستودع والإشراف الكامل على حركة دخول وخروج قطع الغيار.
• استلام قطع الغيار من الموردين بعد التحقق من الكمية والجودة والمطابقة للفواتير وأوامر الشراء.
• صرف وتسليم قطع الغيار للأقسام أو الفنيين المعنيين وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة.
• متابعة مستويات المخزون بشكل دوري، ورفع تقارير دورية عن القطع الناقصة أو الراكدة.
• تنظيم وتخزين القطع بطريقة تضمن سهولة الوصول إليها والمحافظة على سلامتها.
• إدخال وتحديث بيانات القطع وأرقامها في النظام ومطابقتها مع السجلات.
• التأكد من معرفة مسميات وأرقام القطع باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• الالتزام بإجراءات الأمن والسلامة داخل المستودع.
• التعاون مع الأقسام ذات العلاقة (المشتريات – الصيانة – المالية) لضمان انسيابية العمل.

المتطلبات:

• أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية .
• خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال مستودعات قطع غيار السيارات .
• معرفة جيدة بمسميات وأرقام قطع الغيار باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• مهارة في استخدام أنظمة إدارة المخزون والحاسب الآلي.
• قدرة على تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن المستودع.
• مهارات تنظيمية ودقة عالية في العمل.
• الالتزام بالسرعة والدقة في استلام وتسليم القطع.

Job Objective:

To manage and organize the spare parts warehouse, ensuring availability, proper receipt and delivery procedures, and maintaining parts in a manner that allows easy access and preservation, supporting the efficient operation of the maintenance and sales departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the warehouse and fully supervise the inflow and outflow of spare parts.
• Receive spare parts from suppliers, verifying quantities, quality, and matching with invoices and purchase orders.
• Issue and deliver spare parts to relevant departments or technicians according to established procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and provide periodic reports on shortages or slow-moving parts.
• Organize and store parts to ensure easy access and preservation.
• Enter and update part data and numbers in the system, ensuring records are accurate.
• Be familiar with part names and numbers in both Arabic and English.
• Comply with warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate with related departments (Purchasing, Maintenance, Finance) to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Proven experience in automotive spare parts warehouse management.
• Good knowledge of spare parts names and numbers in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in using inventory management systems and computer applications.
• Ability to take full responsibility for the warehouse.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to accurate and timely receipt and delivery of spare parts.
