What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and drive the complete performance of your location
- Aggressively grow sales, car count, and gross profit
- Increase ARO and service penetration through team coaching and accountability
- Recruit, hire, and develop A-players at every position
- Train and coach Service Advisors to maximize sales opportunities ethically and effectively
- Lead daily performance huddles focused on metrics and production
- Hold team members accountable to KPIs, productivity, and service standards
- Analyze weekly and monthly reports to identify growth opportunities
- Control labor costs and manage expenses to protect net profit
- Resolve customer concerns quickly while protecting the brand and the bottom line
- Build a performance-based culture where winning is expected
- Maintain operational excellence in safety, compliance, and documentation
- Create a high-energy, high-accountability environment
What You’ll Bring With You:
- 5+ years of automotive industry experience
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability

WHERE YOU’LL BE WORKING
This role is located in our tire and automotive service retail location. You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as business needs require. The position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks in an active workshop setting. You'll experience exposure to typical automotive shop conditions, including moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and standard service bay elements.
