Automotive Technical Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive services and customer relationship, ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.

• What will you do?
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, evaluating their mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic condition
• Maintain detailed and accurate inspection records, including photographs and reports, to support purchase decisions
• Oversee day-to-day garage operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all bays.
• Manage job cards, repair timelines, and resource allocation.
• Enforce safety standards and workshop compliance.
• Assist in training staff and monitoring performance.
• Work closely with management to improve operational processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma in an official and globally recognized Automotive Technical certification
• 3+ years experience as a Diagnostic Technician in German, European, and American models.
• Knowledge of using all types of scan tools, wiring diagrams, and workshop manuals.
• Ability to use the diagnostic equipment and special Service Tools to inspect the Engine, Transmission, Brake, suspension A/C electrical, and hybrid system of the vehicles.
• Preferred valid UAE driving license.
• Must read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate records in job orders
