UBCO www.ubco.com is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Service Representative to join our start up team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our clients’ technical needs, providing expert assistance with software and hardware, along with fulfilling their orders. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will ensure seamless e-bike support, helping users maximize their time to ride. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical expertise while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools, ensuring quick resolution of issues related to UBCO E-Bikes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve e-bike problems including software, shipment, and customer service issues.
- Manage order fulfillment and sotkc levels in our Dunmore Warehouse.
- Assist with desktop support tasks in our computer management tools.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain technical issues in understandable terms while maintaining a positive attitude that fosters trust and satisfaction.
Experience
- Electric Bike experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Hubspot.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting E-bike or powersports products.
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex technical issues quickly and accurately.
