Key Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic maintenance services strictly according to manufacturer protocols.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
• Execute complex repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension.
• Strictly adhere to quality standards and approved warranty procedures.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic software and tools (e.g., ODIS, GTech).
• Maintain precise documentation of all maintenance and repair work in the system.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers regarding their vehicle's condition.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an official automotive agency service center.
• Comprehensive knowledge of warranty policies and manufacturer-approved procedures.
• Proficiency in using specialized vehicle diagnostic systems.
• Deep understanding of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with various car brands (Japanese, European, American).
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality workmanship.
