PAM’s Auto is seeking a driven, hands-on Automotive Dismantling Technician to join our Inside Dismantling Team. In this role, you’ll complete full teardowns of late-model vehicles using top-notch tools and equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll perform a complete dismantle of vehicles, removing things such as:

• Engines & transmissions
• Front and rear suspension
• Doors, fenders, bumpers
• Seats, dashboards & interior components
• Computers and electrical modules
• …and more!

NO diagnostics, NO troubleshooting, NO reassembly!
Your job is simple—take it apart, inspect it, and prepare it for customers.

Schedule

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | No weekends

Position Requirements:

• Attention to Safety
• Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred
• Current, valid MN driver's license
• Automotive Service or Body Experience Preferred
• Positive, Professional Attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Team Player
