Automotive Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of foreign and domestic vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance services and vehicle inspections
• Use modern diagnostic tools and computerized equipment
• Identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
• Communicate clearly with Service Manager/Parts Department about vehicle needs
• Ensure all work meets safety and performance standards
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical school certification is a plus
• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical automotive systems
• Ability to properly diagnose and repair vehicle issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
