Kia of Chattanooga is looking for skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our expanding service department! As we continue to grow and increase our service capacity, we are seeking experienced dealership technicians who are ready to maximize their earning potential and be part of a high-performing team.

We are also open to training technicians with experience from other manufacturers who are looking to transition into the Kia brand.

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate repair recommendations and timelines
• Stay up to date with Kia training, certifications, and evolving automotive technology
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Contribute to a team-focused culture centered on performance and customer satisfaction

✔ Experienced automotive technicians with strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
✔ ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training preferred (not required)
✔ Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems
✔ Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
✔ Experience with warranty repair processes is a plus
