Automotive Technician

We have immediate openings at both locations for technicians who want to grow their careers with a long-established and European-focused independent brand with one of the best reputations in the industry.

Significant experience with Euro vehicles is a plus, but not a requirement. For the right applicants, we are willing to help them learn the cars we work on and grow within our company.

Technician job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Regular maintenance and service work, troubleshooting, and vehicle diagnostics
• Bolt-on installations of off-the-shelf power upgrades, turbo/supercharger systems, performance tuning, suspension/chassis components and upgrades
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus but not a requirement
• NGP will supply specialty equipment and is constantly updating and expanding this tool selection, but you must bring your own standard tools. Toolbox transportation is covered by NGP for all new hires.

• Career-oriented and seeking a long-term position within our company
• An individual who is detail-oriented and resourceful
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with our Service Advisors regarding needed or suggested repairs/upgrades for the vehicles they service
• Possess the ability to think clearly on the fly and in time-sensitive situations
• Be able to work and thrive in a team environment
• Knowledgeable with all VW/Audi platforms, including the most recent vehicle generations. Expertise in BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, and other European marques are also valuable attributes

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $23.00-$45.00/hr. based on experience and training. Technicians are eligible for monthly performance bonuses and annual holiday bonuses.
