Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including engine, transmission, powertrain, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently.
• Repair and service ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance systems.
• Execute wheel alignments, vehicle inspections, and routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools safely and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs needed, estimated timeframes, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive service procedures.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics.
• Expertise in repairing powertrain components including transmissions and diesel engines.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing vehicle maintenance, engine repair, welding, and suspension work.
• Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices.
• Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
