Automotive Technician

Hinshaw's Honda is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.

Hinshaw's Honda has been family-owned and -operated since 1971. We were the first Honda dealership to open in Washington State. Our Service Team is led by Mike Sands, Service Manager and Hinshaw's employee since 2002. Requirements

Education and/or experience as an Automotive Technician

Appropriate tools

Must be able to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records

Lift objects up to 50lbs

Must have great attention to detail and manual dexterity in both arms and hands

Speak and listen effectively in dealing with customers and coworkers, both in person and over the phone

Task-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient worker

Enthusiastic and hardworking with a positive attitude

Must be able to pass a background and driving record check

Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend repairs.

Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including powertrain and alignment services.

Utilize hand and power tools to execute repairs on automotive electrical systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety protocols while working on vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
