Automotive Technician

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC

Immediate Hire | $30–$40 per hour (Based on Experience)

Guaranteed 40 hours a week (weekends off unless you want overtime)

We are a family-oriented, fast-growing automotive repair facility located at 610 Hickman Cir in Sanford, Florida seeking an experienced Automotive Technician for immediate hire. Position Overview

The ideal candidate is an experienced mechanic with advanced diagnostic capabilities, strong electrical knowledge, and programming experience. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while working collaboratively with our team.

Compensation

• $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic vehicles
• Specialize in complex vehicle diagnostics (engine, electrical, drivability, etc.)
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Utilize scan tools and programming equipment effectively
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and service advisors
• Assist in mentoring and guiding team members when needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Advanced electrical repair experience
• Experience using Ford IDS diagnostic software
• Programming experience (Ford required; Chevy and Ram programming is a plus)
• Must own a vast variety of professional automotive tools
• Valid Drivers License
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with leadership qualities
