Automotive Service Technician – Nissan of Tustin

Nissan of Tustin is looking for an experienced and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our service team. Whether your background is in a dealership or a independent shop, if you are a diagnostic pro with a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Advanced Diagnostics: Perform expert repairs across all vehicle systems, including engine performance, emissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and hybrid systems.
• Precision Documentation: Clearly explain and document diagnostic findings and repair needs to ensure transparency for our Service Advisors and customers.
• Vehicle Health Inspections: Execute thorough multi-point inspections, identifying necessary safety and reliability recommendations to keep our customers on the road.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by completing manufacturer training, keeping up with TSBs, and participating in safety programs.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, safe workspace and act as a mentor/resource for fellow technicians to ensure the entire shop succeeds.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: Solid background in automotive repair (Dealership or Independent).
• ASE Certification is preferred, but not required. We value hands-on experience and a drive to learn.
• Technical Mastery: Ability to handle complex mechanical and electrical repairs across various makes
• Ownership Mindset: A technician who takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to leave a positive impression on every customer.
