Automotive Technician

• Fast Track Auto Repair is a locally owned small business that specializes in general diagnostic, repair and maintenance on domestic cars and trucks. We also do restro mods on hot rods and classic cars. There is always something new and different to work on

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnosing automotive issues.

Duties:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
- Use power tools and specialized equipment to assemble and disassemble vehicle parts
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role 3-5 years minimum experience required
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment for vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required

- Must have own tools

- Must have clean driving record
