Automotive Technician – No Flat Rate | 4-Day Work Week Option | No Weekends

Pay & Benefits:

• 80,000-120,000 (based on experience, not flat rate)
• No weekends – ever
• 4-day work week available. We are open 5 days but most team members work 4-10 hour days.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• All levels of diagnostics
• Transmission replacement
• Timing chain repairs
• Steering & suspension diagnostics and repair
• Full maintenance services, tires and alignments
• General repair
• Engine repair and replacement
• All levels of repair

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional shop environment.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• This technician needs to have strong diagnostic skills
• Willing to be part of a team that works well together

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
