Location: Rockville, MD (In-Person)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No Weekends!)

Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (Base pay plus efficiency incentives based on experience and certifications)

Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician, you will handle general mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, and vehicle diagnostics on a wide variety of makes and models.

• Diagnostics: Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Perform high-quality repairs on brakes, suspensions, steering, alignments, climate control, and basic engine/drivetrain components.
• Technical Execution: Follow industry-standard repair procedures and manufacturer specifications to ensure quality control.
• Documentation: Keep clear, detailed records of diagnostics and work performed using shop software.
• Shop Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized individual workspace.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking professional who can manage their workflow efficiently.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as an automotive technician in a commercial shop environment.
• Tools: Must own a reliable set of professional-grade hand tools.
• Certifications: Current ASE Certifications are a major plus and will command the top end of the pay scale.
• License: Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. An active Maryland State Inspector license is a huge plus.
• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and a team-player attitude.
