What We Offer

  • Level B (R&R / Maintenance): $26–$45/hour

Positions Available

Level A Automotive Technician (Diagnostic Specialist)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced diagnostic technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. This role focuses on complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and high-level problem solving across a wide range of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics on complex mechanical and electrical systems
  • Use diagnostic software such as AllData, ProDemand, and Identifix
  • Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, drivetrain, and electrical issues
  • Support and guide Level B and C technicians when needed
  • Stay current with evolving vehicle technology, including ADAS systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven diagnostic and repair experience
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with scan tools and repair software
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
  • ASE certifications and ADAS experience are a plus

Level B Automotive Technician (R&R and Maintenance)

Role Overview:
This position focuses on hands-on repair and replacement work, along with routine maintenance. Level B Technicians play a critical role in keeping repairs moving efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repair and replacement (R&R) work, including engine and transmission jobs
  • Complete routine services such as oil changes, brakes, tires, and inspections
  • Diagnose common mechanical issues and carry out repairs
  • Work closely with service advisors and diagnostic technicians
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and repair skills
  • Comfortable using shop tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • ASE certifications are a plus

A reliable, hands-on technician who enjoys mechanical work and takes pride in quality repairs and teamwork.

Level C Automotive Technician (General Service / Entry-Level)

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for technicians with some shop experience who are looking to grow their skills and advance their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic maintenance and light repair work (oil services, brakes, batteries, filters, inspections)
  • Assist Level A and B technicians with repairs and vehicle tear-downs
  • Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines
  • Learn diagnostics and repair techniques under experienced technicians

Qualifications:

  • Some hands-on automotive experience required (shop, lube tech, or trainee)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Desire to advance to Level B and Level A roles
