Required to have automotive tools and a valid Washington State Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, and other vehicle systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Service vehicles by performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, wheel alignments, and tire rotations.
- Communicate effectively with customers about repair needs, estimated timelines, and maintenance recommendations while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate service records and assist with auto estimating processes for repairs.
Experience
- Proven automotive service technician experience with a strong background in, diagnostics, automotive repair and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience working with automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics software.
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain systems, transmissions, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with various vehicles.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently using automotive diagnostics techniques.
- Service technician experience that emphasizes customer service excellence and quality workmanship is highly valued.
Pay: $32.52 - $39.16 per hour
