MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Master Technician to help lead our service department while continuing to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to make an impact.

Your Role

As our Master Technician / Shop Foreman, you'll be the technical leader of the shop.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnosing advanced electrical, drivability, and network-related concerns
• Solving complex repairs that other technicians cannot resolve
• Assisting technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs
• Managing STAR Cases and manufacturer technical support requests
• Performing quality control inspections before vehicle delivery
• Mentoring and developing younger technicians
• Supporting shop workflow, efficiency, and productivity
• Helping build a culture of excellence throughout the service department

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dealership experience preferred
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Experience with advanced scan tools and diagnostics
• Valid driver's license
• CDJR/Stellantis experience preferred
• Chrysler certifications preferred
• Leadership or foreman experience is a plus
