Automotive Technician

EuroFix Automotive is a trusted, locally owned European automotive service and repair shop with a reputation for expert diagnostics, quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. We specialize in high-end European makes and models and are proud to have a loyal base of customers who value integrity and expertise. As our shop grows, we are seeking a highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team—specifically someone with deep experience and a passion for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi or other European vehicles.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, A-Level Automotive Technician with 5+ years of experience, who has a strong background in diagnostics and repair for European vehicles. The ideal candidate is a team player, takes pride in their craft, and is eager to grow with a shop that values technical excellence and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz, BMW and other European vehicles
  • Accurately diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Utilize factory-level tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Communicate clearly with service advisor regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Keep detailed records of all work performed
  • Stay current with new vehicle technology and repair techniques
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with European vehicles
  • ASE Certifications preferred; Mercedes-Benz/BMW factory training a strong plus
  • Proficiency with diagnostic software (e.g., Xentry, Autologic, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and work well independently and within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
