Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently.
• Execute wheel alignments, ADAS calibrations (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Communicate with customers using our technician video tools and our MPI process.

Requirements

• Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs. ASE Certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair.
• Familiarity with ADAS calibration procedures, vehicle alignment techniques, and schematics interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge of Toyota / Lexus vehicles or similar brands is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Pay: $24.00 - $50.00 per hour
