Find The RightJob.
Before we talk about pay, benefits, or equipment, let's talk about who we are.
I-70 Auto Service has been family owned since 1976. We believe in treating people right, fixing vehicles correctly, and honoring the trust our clients place in us every day.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants a job.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values integrity, enjoys solving difficult problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and each other.
Who We Are Looking For
The technician we're looking for is often the one others turn to when things get difficult.
You enjoy diagnosing problems instead of guessing at them.
You understand that replacing parts is easy. Finding the root cause is where the real skill comes in.
You believe in testing before replacing.
You enjoy learning and continue to grow your knowledge every year.
You understand that every vehicle belongs to a person who depends on it and trusts us to guide them honestly.
What You'll Be Doing
Special note
Many of our applicants come from dealership backgrounds, and some thrive here.
Independent repair is simply different.
Our technicians work on many makes and models every day. Success requires adaptability, strong diagnostic ability, continuous learning, and teamwork.
If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and expanding your knowledge beyond one manufacturer, you'll likely fit in very well here.
Our Process Matters
Every vehicle receives a complete digital inspection.
We document our findings thoroughly with photos, videos, and clear explanations because we believe clients deserve transparency and education.
Your recommendations will not disappear into a black hole. Our service advisors present what you find because we respect your expertise and believe clients deserve to make informed decisions.

Final Thought
Technical ability matters.
Character matters more.
We can invest in tools, equipment, and training. What we're really looking for is someone who shares our values, wants to continue growing, and takes pride in serving people well.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to have a conversation.
