Automotive Technician - A Level Tech

Spencer Auto Repair is looking for an A Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic ability. NO WEEKENDS! Great Schedule! A level diagnostic Technician. Must have strong diagnosis skills. Extremely Busy Shop, tons of hours. NO WEEKENDS, Closed Saturday & Sunday.

We have very technician focused management and a great work environment! Owner Geoff Spencer, used to be a technician so he understands when technicians prosper the whole company does as well! Bonus Opportunity (averaging $3000-$4000 per year on top of regular pay). Bi-weekly team lead bonus. Quarterly work team building events such as go-cart racing, dinners, and golf. This store is extremely busy. Looking for technicians that can flag a lot of hours.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections.
• Take advantage of paid training opportunities
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.
• Be about to perform all areas of vehicle diagnosis on all makes and models.
• Emissions and Electrical Diagnosis must be very strong for this location.
• Transmission Maintenance and Repair, Timing Belts, Brakes, Engine Repair and Maintenance, Alignment, A/C Repair, Diagnosis, Tires, Cooling Systems, Emissions, Suspension..
• Honestly assess vehicles and make recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Keep store management aware of vehicle updates in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and core values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive technician
• 4+ Years Automotive Diagnostic Experience
• Drivers License
• ASE certification Preferred
