Job Description:

Busy automotive repair shop in Carlsbad seeking a reliable Technician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years automotive experience.
This is a support role working alongside senior technicians with opportunity for continued TRAINING and GROWTH.

Responsibilities:
-Assisting lead technicians with repairs
-Performing light diagnostic and technical work
-Brake services and maintenance repairs
-Oil services and basic mechanical repairs
-Shop organization and workflow support

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years automotive experience
-Basic diagnostic understanding
-Valid driver's license
-Strong work ethic and team mindset
