Automotive Technician - B, C or Lube tech with brake knowledge

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in using power tools, and the ability to diagnos. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues while ensuring high-quality service for our customers. There are multiple ways to grow with the company. Having customer service experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive systems including suspension, brakes and well as every day maintence.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to perform repairs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians as needed.
• Uphold safety standards in the workplace while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with automotive troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to weld is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using various power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
