What’s on Your Lift?

As our B-Tech, you’re the go-to pro for the technical essentials. Your day will include:

• The Straight & Narrow: Performing precision wheel alignments and diagnosing steering or suspension issues.

• Keeping it Cool: Diagnostics and repair of A/C systems (because nobody likes a hot ride).

• Safety First: Performing official State Inspections to keep our community safe on the road.

• The Full Picture: Completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and collaborating with service advisors to keep customers in the loop.

• Sharp Skills: Attending in-house training to stay ahead of the curve and prep for that next level.

What You Bring to the Shop

You’ve spent enough time in the bays to know your way around a chassis. We’re looking for:

• Technical Know-How: Solid experience with steering, suspension, alignments, and A/C systems.

• The "Team First" Mentality: You’re a pro who works well with others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: You can explain a complex suspension issue just as easily as you can fix it.

• The Essentials: Must have a valid driver’s license and the drive to keep learning.
